You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

You retain full ownership of the music, videos, text, or other content you upload to Gig 'n' Pick. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the platform and its features (e.g., AI editing, discovery, and sharing tools).

We do not claim ownership of your creative work, and we will never sell or monetize it without your explicit permission.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes or to engage in abusive, harassing, or infringing behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

We strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support or using the in-app settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be securely deleted except where required for legal or operational purposes. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes and encourage you to review the Terms regularly. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Some features on Gig 'n' Pick rely on artificial intelligence to generate or assist with content (e.g., captions, thumbnails, edits). While we aim for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free or suitable for all purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving such content before publishing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Instagram, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
